Very very happy with the racks (I purchased two). I just wish the customer service by phone were better organised. I had to phone three times and repeat all my contact details, but no one called me back to clarify something on the website. Finally I emailed, and the response was immediate. However, a simple phone response would have sorted out the issue quickly and not wasted a couple of days of my valuable time. Emails are great, but when a customer uses the phone, they should not be ignored. I was given a discount for the inconvenience, so am happy with that.

We love the look of these racks and from a distance very striking in our cellar. Unfortunately the recent racks received were of lesser quality than one we had previously ordered. These ones were warped and difficult to fix to the wall and also missing caps for tops & bottoms. Customer service received was good however.
